City Hall (Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom)

The City Hall was opened in 1927 and obtained a Harrison and Harrison Organ the following year, enabling it to become Newcastle’s first concert venue. Concerts by major British orchestras are hosted and local choirs and societies also hold their annual concerts here. Comedy shows as well as rock and pop performances are presented. The Concert Bar opens before show time and offers a happy hour between 18h00 and 19h00 on performance evenings. The City Hall is centrally located, accessible by car and has disabled parking.
