Rooms are basic but offer everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. Guests describe them as laid out to make the most of the available space, so it’s unlikely you’ll feel hemmed in. Bathrooms also impressed guests.
There’s no air-conditioning at this hotel so you may find the rooms feel a little too hot. A desk fan is provided but several guest found these weren't able to cool down the accommodation sufficiently, particularly in family rooms.
Guests occasionally comment that large groups of workmen stay at this hotel. They tend to congregate around the front door to smoke. Plus, they seem to take over the bar area to make the most of "Happy Hour". This was a little off-putting for some guests.
