The beach at La Marsa stretches for about 1km in the Gulf of Tunis. It is mainly used by locals and Tunis residents who spend the day in this seaside resort or own a second house there. The westernmost part of the beach is where the fishermen keep their colourful little boats and at the other end, the “Carré Blanc” is found, a restaurant located in the XIXth century bathing pavilion of the bay of Tunis. There are no particular facilities on this sandy beach.
