Formerly residence of the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom of Tunisia, the 5-star Knowledge - Palais Bayram Hotel was called the Regency of Tunis. The restoration lasted nearly seven years respecting the most demanding rules in decor materials, marble, tiles and antique woodwork without integrating any recent or modern tile into this architectural ensemble. The palace houses a collection of historic IZNIK tiles, scarce in the world, that represents one of the artistic elements and the most prestigious restoration elements of Tunis.
