Guests state that the employees at the hotel are very friendly and can help with just about anything including travel arrangements and recommendations. In addition to this, the staff also does a good job in making sure everything is to your liking.

Visitors point out that the accommodations and hotel itself just has a pleasant look and feel about it that you can't help but notice. The design is unique and the building has a very chic appearance that allows the place to stand out.

There is a free buffet breakfast served at the hotel each morning but several visitors state that the service is lacking in choices. A couple of travellers note the quality of food is another area that could be improved upon as well.

It seems that noise comes from every which way according to a number of guests who add that the rooms don't offer much in the way of soundproofing. Not only can you sometimes hear noise from the street, but the sounds also come from other rooms of the property.

A few travellers claim that some of the rooms smell like cigarette smoke which is a bit off putting. The hotel claims to be 100 percent smoke free but these guests note that some people may be ignoring this policy.
