Shower areas suffer from mould and drawers are notorious for harbouring hair, crumbs etc. Floors, too, are less than perfect and they can miss out on supplying essentials such as towels.
Once the bar closes, everyone, including staff, go home; so there’s nobody here in the event of emergency.
Mattresses could do with an inspection and possible replacement. Mattress protectors over stained mattresses are like closing the stable door after the horse has bolted.
