Previous guests speak well of the clean and comfortable beds! Some guests even considered it to be the kind of bed that gives enough warmth, which was similar to being hugged. There was nothing more satisfying to the guests than to be hugged by a clean and wonderful bed, which gave them one of the best night's sleep apart from their own beds at home.
Most of the positive reviews were from guests who enjoyed not just the well-stocked breakfast but also almost everything from the menu at the on-site restaurant. There were pastas, chicken, fish and chips, fresh fruits and vegetables, and delectable desserts such as cheesecakes. The freshly prepared and full cooked meals and dishes were filling and perfectly cooked!
The ample parking space on-site was very satisfying. Guests did not encounter any issues in terms of parking small or large vehicles, and did not have difficulty finding a parking slot even if they go in and out of the property anytime.
Due to the lack of concern and actual presence of staff at the entire hotel from the breakfast area to reception, most guests were quite disappointed. The poor service rendered by staff was very unsatisfying such as inefficient booking processing, and inhospitable or unapologetic behaviour all throughout their stay.
Aside from the small shower design and structure, guests were also dissatisfied as there was some weird smell coming from the shower area. Moreover, the water pressure was very weak, and there was no hot water most of the time.
Guests were dismayed with the lack of proper television signal or reception inside the rooms. The channels were also limited and the TV size was quite small.
