The guest rooms are arranged over three storeys, however there are no elevators and the stairs are rather steep, so keep this in mind while booking for those with limited mobility or heavy luggage, for example.

Some previous guests have noted that the décor looks and feels a little dated in some areas and could do with some refreshing, for example some furniture, carpets, etc.

Although all rooms are peaceful and noise is not an issue in the area, sound does tend to travel in the building and the rooms at the rear away from the main road are the quietest with the added advantage of stunning views of the countryside.
