A visitor centre and working brewery offering guided tours around the brew house and fermenting room. Visitors can see the brewing process from the hops, through to tasting the finished beer. Meals are available in the bistro and there is also a shop stocked with Black Sheep souvenirs and beer gift packs. Disabled access to the main visitor centre, shop and bistro. The full tour is not accessible due to a flight of stairs. Guide dogs only. Open daily from March to December from 10.30. Closed Monday & Tuesday in January and February. (It is recommended that visitors telephone to check opening times in January, February and March). The shop opens from 10.30 on the same basis as the visitor centre. The bar opens from 11.00 (12.00 on Sundays) and the Bistro open daily from 12.00 to 14.30 for lunches and Thursday, Friday and Saturday for evening meals. Visitors are asked to telephone to book a table for evening meals. Tour times are: Monday: 11.30, 12.30, 13.30, 15.30 Tuesday to Friday: 11.00, 12.00, 14.00, 15.00 Saturday and Sunday: 11.30, 12.30, 14.00, 15.00, 16.00 (last tour on Sunday - 15.00) Please note that these times may vary, so telephone to check.
