The location, based on the general opinion of former guests, is one of the best aspects about the Woburn Hotel. Centrally positioned in the village of Woburn, it has been said that its close proximity to attractions such as Woburn Safari Park and Woburn Golf Club was a big plus point.
Nearly all previous visitors were thrilled with the service provided by the staff representing the hotel. From the reportedly immaculate service produced by the housekeeping staff to the friendly and efficient front desk personnel, the customer service was seen as a highlight by many.
The food served up by the various dining options at the Woburn Hotel scored high marks overall by past guests. In particular, the award-winning restaurant Olivier's was regularly highlighted as a great place to eat at the hotel.
Despite only being the case with supposedly a handful of rooms, various former visitors stated their disappointment about the relatively compact size of their accommodations when staying at the Woburn Hotel.
Although not a prevalent problem, a notable amount of previous guests were critical about the hotel's Wi-Fi service. For a number of those that used the wireless Internet, the quality of this facility - based on download speeds and reliability - was below par.
Whilst the large majority had an outstanding experience at the Woburn Hotel, the cost of staying was still generally seen as a little too steep for what was provided. The expense of both the room and food were considered overpriced by some.
