Previous guests have said that they were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and that everything was always very clean and very tidy.
The service from staff is friendly and efficient. There is a good choice of food on offer, especially the Sunday lunches, and there is also a children’s menu available.
Guests have commented on the small and compact rooms saying that they were quite dark. They also mentioned the size of the bathrooms saying that they were also quite small.
Some of the rooms are quite dated in appearance and are looking rather tired and worn. They could do with some refurbishment to bring them in line with other rooms in the hotel.
There have been differing opinions on the rooms. Previous guests have said that it is pot luck on what rooms you get as some are smaller and more dated whereas some are larger.
