The White Hart Inn offers a range of immaculately clean rooms with en-suite bathrooms. The décor in all is modern and fresh with a contemporary colour palette and spacious layouts.

The entire hotel, from courtyard spaces through to bar and restaurant is clean and well-maintained. It is clear that a great deal of thought has gone into the overall look, with modern touches successfully combined with original features such as the stone walls, exposed brick and original stone fireplace.

Staff at the White Hart Inn are frequently commended on both their friendly attitude and their professional level of service. All staff are approachable and attend to problems or requests quickly and efficiently.

There is definitely room for improvement as far as the soundproofing in the rooms is concerned. Wall are a bit on the thin side and with no real proper sound insulation it is all too easy to hear the goings on in neighbouring rooms as well as in common areas.

As with many accommodation destinations that are in more remote locations such as this, there are, rather predictably, some issues with the reliability of the Wi-Fi signal. In most instances the signal is slow or erratic and in some, more extreme cases, there is no Wi-Fi signal at all, particularly in some of the rooms.

hose who love to travel with their pets, particularly dog lovers, may be a bit disappointed to learn that this hotel does not allow pets under any circumstances. Some may find this odd for a place in the countryside.
