Most of the negative reviews were from guests who were extremely irritated by the loud traffic noise. Since the building is near a major road, loud noises from different vehicles passing along or police sirens can be heard during wee hours or even early morning.
The rooms were quite hot especially during warm seasons, as there were no air-conditioning units provided in the rooms. As a result, guests had no choice but to open the windows despite the terrible traffic noise.
