Guests cited a few minor issues ranging from their rooms feeling quite warm and stuffy in the evenings due to the central heating through to not being able to adjust the water temperature properly whilst showering.
Breakfasts are only served for an hour between 8 am and 9 am which quite a few guests found quite restrictive especially those who wanted a lie-in.
