Check-in is refreshingly quick and easy.

You can forget all about waiting around in long queues and filling out reams of forms when checking-in here: just flash your booking reference, confirm your credit/debit card and you're done. Nice.

It has to be said that, for a budget hotel, the rooms here are really quite smart and stylish. Be warned though, they're pretty small (as are the en-suites).

Doesn't always feel like a hotel.

Having showers and WCs in the corridors means there is often people to-ing and fro-ing about the place in various states of undress. Suffice to say, this can make The Hub feel more like a hostel than a hotel at times.

And there's no in-room air-con either. This can make staying in your room a less than pleasant proposition on hot, humid days.

Wi-Fi is a bit hit and miss.

There is Wi-Fi (unsecured) but it doesn't always seem to want to play ball. This is surprising as the hotel seems very keen to market its services toward business travellers.
