The guys and gals who work here are always happy to do what they can to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one. Informal yet effectual hospitality.

It has to be said that the guest accommodations here are, for the most part, really quite smart and stylish. Be warned though, they don't afford much in the way of space (nor do the en-suite bathrooms).

Although it's relatively close to the city centre, don't be fooled into thinking you're going to be blessed with pleasant views of Peterborough's historic sights - this hotel is located in the middle of a rather bleak-looking industrial estate! That being said, there is a large cinema and a decent greyhound track quite close by...

Having showers and WCs in the corridors means there is often people to-ing and fro-ing about the place in various states of undress. Suffice to say, this can make The Hub feel more like a hostel than a hotel at times.

It's an unfortunate fact that The Hub's free Wi-Fi doesn't always seem to want to play ball. This is somewhat surprising (and frustrating) as the hotel seems keen to market itself toward business travellers.
