Hotel Live & Dream (Barcelona, Spain)

The simple, comfy rooms at this property may be on the smaller side, but the housekeeping here is absolutely top-notch. Guests really appreciated the daily cleaning service, with many feeling that the standards are comparable with what one would find at a much more expensive property.

This hotel is served by a number of transport links, making it very easy to get into, around and even out of Barcelona. Many were happy to find that the nearest metro was only a short stroll away while others specifically chose this property for its proximity to Barcelona Sants railway station. This latter point was of particular note to those getting into and out of the city, as this property allowed guests to easily connect with the high-speed train services leaving from this station.

Fashionably sleek and minimal, this hotel seems to somehow bridge the gap between boutique and budget property. And yet, it does so gracefully, with many praising both its looks as well as its all-around solid amenities. The vast majority of guests had nothing but good things to say about their experiences here.

There were, however, a few things that guests felt could be improved upon here, particularly in terms of in-room amenities. A fridge as well as tea and coffee facilities would really be much appreciated.

Breakfast here is available for an additional fee, but for the choices on offer, many felt that better value could be had at a nearby bar or café.

A number of guests also had difficulties finding this property, which is located down a back street. Additionally, some felt that the neighbourhood in which it is situated is slightly down-at-heel.
