Hotel Gracia Bas Apartments Barcelona (Barcelona, Spain)

Going by guest comments it seems that many of the staff at Gracia Bas can't do enough for their guests. Though not staffed in full all day, when actually present guests described the staff as most helpful and very accommodating.

The Gracia neighbourhood was described by guests as being more local than touristy, or as much as this is possible in central Barcelona. Almost all really liked the location, saying that the sights were reasonably close at hand and that they had more than enough tapas bars and cafes in the area to keep them happy.

Several guests mentioned that the apartments really were fully equipped. Unlike many other apartments that describe themselves in those words, but then have only a spatula and broken frying pan as kitchen implements, guests found that all they needed in the apartment and kitchen was present and accounted for.

Though it doesn't seem to apply to all of them, the apartments facing the street, even though it is a small side street, were described as incredibly noisy. Guests mention that noisy trash collection seems to be frequent, and frequently takes place when they desire nothing more than to sleep.

Though not mentioned often, it was reported that deodorizer is used in the buildings ventilation system. Those with allergies should take note.

According to some unfortunate guests relegated to the sofa bed, it seems that at least one or two of them are not so comfortable, and also perhaps a bit small for two adults.
