The staff at the hotel has been found to be extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. All the staff members from the front desk to the maids and the cafeteria employees were hard working and made sure that the guests had a wonderful stay.
There have been complaints regarding a few rooms at the hotel to be unclean featuring dirty floor and outdated furniture. The mouldy walls and bed begs in the rooms caused a lot of discomfort to the guests leaving them annoyed. Moreover, the air vent in some of the bathrooms had layers of dust on them.
The breakfast served at the hotel has been found to be a great disaster as it was very basic and lacked variety leaving the guests highly disappointed.
