It's not only the front desk staff that are wonderful at this hotel where everyone from the housekeeping through to the bar staff have a great attitude towards the guests. They are extremely professional but are also very friendly and always willing to help.
At first glance this hotel might not seem like it's perfectly located but when you see how close the underground station is, you'll realise how convenient the place is. You can get to anywhere in the city with a minimum of effort.
The buffet served up each morning is incredible. There are so many options to choose from, and you'll feel satisfied and ready to take on the world after eating here. Hot or cold, meat eater or vegetarian, all are catered for in abundance.
Not all rooms at the hotel have been refurbished and those that haven't are getting a little rough around the edges. It's not a terrible place to stay but in comparison to the newer refurbed rooms, the old ones are quite poor with a few leaks and some shabby décor.
The food on offer is delicious, but guests still feel that they are paying a premium for something that should be included in the room rate. You can get a similar meal for less money in one of the local cafés just outside the hotel.
