Previous guests were impressed with the size of the rooms. They found them to be spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to maneuver about and store their luggage.

Many reviews paid compliment to the housekeeper at Beckett Arms. They noted that not only were the rooms cleaned well, but the common areas of the hotel and the grounds were also kept pristine.

For most guests, the thing that really made their stay at Beckett Arms a great one was the superior customer service they received. The owners were quite friendly, ran the hotel with efficiency, and were happy to accommodate special requests from their guests.

Though Beckett Arms does offer complimentary Wi-Fi in the common areas of the hotel, it does not stretch to the guest rooms. Many guests, particularly business travellers, were perturbed by this, and did not appreciate having to leave their room to check their email very day.

While most guests enjoyed the breakfast served at the hotel, a few were bothered by having to pay extra for it. They would have preferred that the cost of breakfast had been included in the nightly rate for the room.

A few reviews noted that the menu in the pub is quite limited. Some guests were bothered by this, and expressed that they hoped that the pub's menu may be expanded in the future.
