Hotel a&o Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Berlin, Germany)

The rooms, bathrooms, and linens were all well cleaned and looked as if they were cleaned frequently.

Guests liked that the hotel was located close to the Hauptbahnhof, making it easy to access many parts of the city. The station was easy to get to as directions were well marked from the hostel to the station. The hostel is also located close to a supermarket and many cafes so that guests could get some food to take back. It is also very close to the express bus to the airport.

While the breakfast is not free, many guests felt that it was very good and worth the price. It was stated to be a good deal by some guests.

Many guests stated that the hostel was very noisy. The walls seemed thin and the doors did not seem very solid as there was a lot of noise coming in from the hallways.

The Wi-Fi quality was not the best for many guests. Some stated that it was often unavailable and when it was available it was slow. Overall, the Wi-Fi service was unreliable.

Mattresses were often not very soft and overall just uncomfortable. Pillows were too small and also uncomfortable. Most things seemed to be too small, as the rooms seemed small and crowded and the TV was too small for the room.
