Bushi Dam (Lonavala, India)

Bushi (or Bushy) Dam is located about 5 km from Lonavala. During the monsoon season the dam overflows, creating a waterfall which cascades down a series of rock steps. It is a popular spot locally, and at weekends it can be crowded with people wading and splashing in the water. Shops at the site sell refreshments and also rubber shoes for wading.
