Breckenridge (Breckenridge, USA)

Breckenridge ski area is one of the Summit county ski areas. During the 2006 to 2007 ski season Breckenridge was the most popular ski area in Colorado based on user visits. Like many ski areas in Colorado would be good at Keystone, Arapahoe Basin as well as Breckenridge. There are several ticket options. The single day ticket starts at $86 for adults. Higher end packages include skiing at Vail or Beaver Creek. For example a $300 four day ticket is good for 4 out of 6 consecutive days two of the four can be used at Vail or Beaver Creek. International tickets need to be made 14 days in advance to allow processing time. Approximate season is from November to April depending on weather. Hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Base elevation is 9600 feet with a summit of 12998 feet. Total ski terrain is 2358 acres with 155 trails.
