Since the hotel is such a great space to stay while visiting or touring the region, the accommodations are amply sufficient for the cost. Beds are comfortable, housekeeping is on par, and the layout and storage amenities are spacious.

The staff are always available to assist with questions, concerns, advice, and whatever else would enhance your getaway or event. They are well mannered and approachable, and treat every guest with individual attentiveness.

Some of the rooms have glazed windows, which prevents a scenic view if you need to keep them closed due to weather. Be advised that walls are thin between rooms, so almost all noise comes through, and some rooms may also be affected by adjacent extractor

It's often a long wait for food to arrive at the tables, and disappointing when it does get there. The dishes arrive with undercooked or overcooked items and the presentation is just as bad. Pricing does not justify the poor quality.

There's a strong sense of better management needed, both in cohesive staff and in refreshening the décor and amenities. A makeover would greatly improve aesthetics, value, and professional synergy.
