The hotel is situated in a great location. The beach is 600 metres away with the fifth avenue just round the corner, which is a great shopping hub. Guests found the location to be very convenient as the Ado bus depot was at a walking distance. An Internet cafe and a currency exchange booth are within one minute walk away from the hotel. There is a taxi stand right outside the hotel in cases the guests needed one.
The swimming pool caters to the needs of older children and adults as well as small children. The pools are of different depths. There is a sun bathing deck and showers, which could also be used by guests coming from the beach. Pool is clean and well-maintained.
Spacious rooms have simple decor and are well-maintained. The blackout drapes in the rooms allowed guests to sleep till late in the morning. They have all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The king size bed was very comfortable. Guests found the dresser with nine drawers and a mirror handy.
Unlike the claim, the Wi-Fi connection is not very fast, especially in the rooms. Guests had to come down to the lobby to get better Internet access, which was not very convenient.
There is a taxi stand right below the hotel, which caused a lot disturbance to guests in rooms directly above it. A bar on the fourth avenue also added to the noise levels.
The bathrooms could do well with an upgrade as issues such as poorly flushing toilets, lack of hot water, unpleasant smells, low water pressure and dim lighting have been reported by various guests.
