Nice Hotel

The hotel was thought to be relatively modern with nice furnishings and facilities. The rooms were clean and had nice bathrooms with rainfall showers. Guests enjoyed staying in nice rooms that were also spacious enough.

Guests felt the rooms were clean and neat. They enjoyed that the housekeeping did a daily round of the rooms and it was nice to come back to a clean room after a day out.

Great Location

The hotel's location is right in the middle of the action. It is located in the 5th Avenue where all the bars and restaurants are located. Guests enjoyed their stay here since they were close to the action and walking distance from the beach.

Overpriced Hotel

Guests complained that the hotel was overpriced for what it offered. They did not feel it deserved a boutique name and that if they did not have pesos with them the exchange rate was in favour of the hotel. It seemed the guests would be charged more for extras that were made up.

Guests did not enjoy the poor breakfast that was offered by the hotel. The lack of items and the poor quality of the food left much to be desired. If you wanted a heartier breakfast you had to pay extra.

Bad Smells

Guests felt that the smells coming from the drainage were a bit off-putting. They did not like the humid and bad drainage smells in the bathrooms. They would think this could be fixed at some point.
