Some guests staying in the suites said that the heated towel rail was as hot as a kettle and they almost burnt their arm on it. But in contrast, the water in the bath and sink was tepid. The baths in most rooms do not have a grab handle or safety rail and guests said they had trouble standing erect under the shower as the baths have 45 degree bends in the corners.
Some guests did not like that their rooms had views of a concrete wall. They also said that they had to get out of bed to turn off the light as there is no switch by the bedside, which was a hassle.
