The guest rooms at Sonotel Club Central are cleaned to perfection and have everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Guests reported that the views from the balconies are amazing, the beds are comfortable, the decor is bright and cheerful, the room temperature is always just right and the bathrooms are luxurious.

Guests reported that the staff are welcoming, they provide a quick and informative check-in and they are always available to help out when needed. Also reported was staff who are quick to do little extras to accommodate guests, the option to check-in early if you arrive early and multilingual staff.

The pool area and hot tub and very clean and well-maintained with lots of space to lounge and relax. Guests reported that neither ever get crowded and the noise is minimal.

There is a lot of noise in and around the hotel coming from several sources including loud cleaning staff who start working early in the morning, traffic on the street outside and toilets flushing, people talking in other rooms and walking in the corridors due to poor soundproofing.

Guests have reported issues with the guest rooms at Sunotel Club Central including dirty air conditioning filters, a smell of stale cigarette smoke, uncomfortable beds, a lack of natural light, poor Wi-Fi connection, a lack of storage space, broken utilities, doors that don't close properly and small showers.
