The hotel offers a range of fun general amenities including hammocks for relaxation, outdoor barbecue grills featuring both gas and charcoal options, a heated pool and free self-parking. Guests can also enjoy a range of games including volley ball, table tennis and shuffleboard.

South Beach Condo hotel features direct access to some of the best sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico shoreline. The hotel property is also close to a number of other attractions in the area including Tampa City, St Petersburg, Fort De Soto County Park and Tropicana Field.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi connectivity in all apartments and throughout the property in general but unfortunately, for the most part, this free service is not usable with weak signals meaning that most devices cannot access the internet at all or for extended periods of time.

Rooms within apartments, and is some cases, entire apartments are not adequately insulated against outside noise such as other guests celebrating or participating in beach or hotel activities, this can lead to disruptions in sleep or a generally disturbing experience.

The hotel front desk is not available, like with most hotels, on a 24-hour basis. The hotel front desk operating hours are from 9am to 5pm which can be inconvenient for guests requiring service or assistance at night.
