Many guests were impressed by the hotel's facilities which include a large, outdoor swimming pool and an attractive courtyard that surrounds it. The pool is well-maintained and offers plenty of space for guests to relax while the unique architecture marks out the hotel's individuality and stylish décor. The on-site fitness facilities and access to free Wi-Fi were also considered a bonus.

The beds were nearly unanimously praised by guests who found the large, supportive mattresses and premium bedding to be one of the highlights of their time at this La Quinta Inn location. The rooms are well-sized and fitted with modern amenities that will ensure a stay here is comfortable; guests are able to enjoy the use of a flat-screen TV and access the internet from the comfort of their rooms.

All staff members, from those manning the front desk to those working in management roles, are extremely friendly and personable, providing excellent customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make guests feel at home upon arrival. They will accommodate guests' requests or queries and will happily provide information about the hotel or the area.

Many guests found that their rooms were plagued by a lingering smell, some of which could be due to previous guests smoking but the hotel does offer smoking and non-smoking rooms. Other guests felt that the hallways had a musty smell that they did not appreciate.

A number of guests felt that the rooms could be cleaner and the same is true of the bathrooms. Some guests found that the carpet was dirty and stained and would benefit from a deep clean or being replaced.

The hotel's immediate surroundings were not appealing to a number of guests who felt it was sketchy but other guests thought the location was a positive.
