Hotel Holiday Inn Express & Suites St. Petersburg North I-275 (St. Petersburg, USA)

Lot of guests appreciated the free shuttle service to the baseball games as they thoroughly enjoyed watching the games and had a great time.

Guests reported that they were happy to reach the hotel in ten minutes from the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport which saved their time and effort and eventually made their journey a smoother affair.

Guests frequently commented on the staff of the hotel to be really nice and helpful. They were impressed with the way the front desk manager handled the issues/complaints and came out with the solutions.

Guests frequently commented on the rooms to have bed bugs which made their stay a disaster with sleepless nights. They further added that the rooms had a strange smell and very hard mattresses which made them go through lot of discomfort. Some of the rooms were tired looking with old furniture of bygone era. Moreover, the bathrooms rooms were very messy with dirty sinks and tissue holders.

Some of the guests reported that they did not find this hotel worth staying as the facilities provided by the hotel were way less than average for the price they had paid.

Few guests complained about the non refundable reservation policy of the hotel which could not be altered under any unpredictable or serious circumstances that forced them (the guests) to cancel the reservations.
