Guests report that they are made to feel very welcome when they stay here. The owners are fully focussed on providing an excellent standard of service and do their best to facilitate guests' requests and make sure everything runs smoothly.

According to feedback, the rooms at this hotel aren't the perfect size. Guests felt they were quite small and would have liked more space to stretch out and relax.

Guests are pleased that there is on-site car parking but it is worth bearing in mind that cars are parked end to end in order to maximise space meaning that cars may be blocked in. To address the issue, guests are sometimes requested to leave keys with the owner who will move vehicles as and when necessary to allow other guests to leave.

Guests would like to see some of the rooms updated in order to improve the quality of the accommodation. The mattresses are sometimes uncomfortable and it is hoped that the new owners will be looking into improving some aspects of the fixtures and fittings.
