The hotel is located 5-minutes’ walk from Neuköln U-bahn and S-bahn station which connects to the U7 and several S-bahn lines. Many of Berlin’s hot spot can be reached within 25-minutes, including Alexanderplatz, Potsdamer Platz, the East Side Gallery and Checkpoint Charlie.

A simple and inexpensive buffet breakfast is offered daily, giving guests, including late risers, a good start to the day.

Guests recommended that you try a room facing away from the street, as the street-side rooms tend to be noisiest with the sound of traffic. There is also no air conditioning, and you may have to choose between a cool breeze and quiet night. Some guests chose to open the window only to be disturbed by the sound of evening traffic.

The rooms are sparsely furnished, and guests commented that the hotel provides basic amenities such as a bed and bathroom, with no extra comforts such as a minibar or the option of eating in your room, which is not allowed. Some guests complained that there is limited space to hang or store your suitcase and clothes, with some rooms having no cupboard at all.

Wi-Fi is available for free in the lobby and for an additional daily fee in the rooms. Some guests found that the Wi-Fi could also be accessed from their rooms, however whether free or paid for, the Wi-Fi was found to be slow and unreliable.
