Hotel Long Island Marriott & Conference Center (North Hempstead, USA)

It seems that the buyers at this hotel have done well by succeeding in the very difficult task of selecting a mattress with broad appeal. Guest after guest mentioned that the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Again and again guests mentioned how fantastic the staff were. It was said that it was not only the reception staff who were friendly and welcoming, arguably part of their job description, but pretty much any employee they encountered would have a smile or a friendly “hello” at hand.

Guests traveling by car found the location to be outstanding. They mentioned that it was roughly mid-island and close to the businesses they needed to visit during their trip. The access from the freeways was said to be relatively straightforward.

Guests seemed to have two problems with the breakfast. Firstly, it simply wasn’t very good. While it was said to have decent variety, the food was not well prepared or presented. Secondly, most guests thought it was significantly overpriced. They believed they could get a much better breakfast at a much lower cost elsewhere.

Guests were simply outraged that the hotel has a fee to use the Wi-Fi, especially since they already considered their room rate to be high. They simply couldn’t believe that any hotel did this nowadays, considering the central importance of connectivity.

It seems that most guests were not happy with the price they paid at the hotel. They seemed to feel that they had paid too much.
