Radisson Hotel JFK airport (Jamaica, USA)

The hotel is situated in close proximity to JFK Airport which allows for guests to have a stress-free last day in New York as they will not be worried about a lengthy journey to the nearest airport. Guests can also easily access Manhattan and other New York boroughs in a relatively short period of time as they are close to a number of public transport links. From here, guests can explore the majority of New York's attractions, enjoy the expansive shopping options and immerse themselves in the culture and atmosphere of the city.

The rooms are expansive and comfortable, offering scenic views of the city's skyline and the nearby airport. Guests were not feel cramped in these well-sized rooms which are fitted with a large selection of modern amenities that should mimic the comforts of home. The rooms are also spotlessly clean thanks to a diligent housekeeping staff that provide a daily service and work to maintain a high level of cleanliness.

The staff are extremely friendly, personable and quick to respond to any requests or queries guests may have regarding the hotel or the area surrounding it. They provide great customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that should make guests feel comfortable.

Guests were disappointed by the cuisine provided at the on-site restaurant that served all meals, finding it to be somewhat tasteless or bland.

The hotel's décor was found to be somewhat dated by a number of guests who felt that it would benefit from a contemporary makeover; the curtains and carpet were found by many to be dingy and guests felt that the carpet would benefit from a deep clean.

Many guests found that their in-room air-conditioning unit was quite noisy and some even found that it leaked fluid on occasion.
