Barcelona's central zone is focused on the boulevard of La Rambla, where HCC Regente is located. Guests love being able to step out into the centre of the city, or to sit on the terrace and watch the world go by.

Guests have plenty of good comments to make about the staff here - the tour and ticket provision is helpful, the welcome is warm, and the staff speak good English, so there are no communication problems.

Comfort and cleanliness is the name of the game here, which is reassuring. Guests praise the high levels of daily housekeeping which help to ensure a happy stay throughout.

While the outdoor swimming pool on the roof terrace is a nice touch in a city centre hotel, many guests have commented that it's very small, so not entirely fit for purpose if you actually want to put in some lengths.

The idea of hitting the rooftop bar at your central Barcelona hotel sounds blissful, doesn't it? Unfortunately, guests have found that it's only open in high season, and even then, the roof terrace shuts quite early.
