For who want to explore the heart of Barcelona, this hotel's central location is convenient to a number of the city's main points of interest. The famous Rambla da Catalunya is just a few streets away as is the city's university district and port area. For access to the wider metropolitan area, guests were pleased to note that two metro stations - Universitat and Passeig de Gràcia - are within walking distance of this property.

Guests eager to get out and explore the city were very pleased to find that the check-in process here is fast and efficient. This property's multi-lingual staff are friendly, offering assistance and transport advice as needed. For those new to Barcelona, this helping hand was very much appreciated.

Visitors were pleased to find that these apartments are spacious. Many also commented that the balconies are a nice touch while others - especially those staying in family groups - were delighted to find that all units are equipped with washing machines.

While the apartments themselves are noted for their spaciousness, many were dismayed to find that the rooms themselves are small. Also, some noted that room configurations and bed sizes were not as advertised on this property's website.

Additionally, a number of guests commented on the worn, tired feel of their units at this complex. Many noted that the walls here are chipped and worn and could really use a fresh lick of paint.

Foul odours were an issue at this property. A few noted heavy bleach smells while others expressed their concern over sewage odours from drains. This, apparently, is a city-wide issue, but nonetheless, it negatively impacted the stays of a number of guests at this complex.
