The first impression is one of a contemporary, clean hotel. Rooms don’t disappoint. They are spacious with really comfortable beds. It’s also very energy efficient which reduces the need for air conditioning.
They're welcoming and helpful, without being ‘in your face’ all the time.
Female staff, generally, are less moody and morose than their male counterparts. They should all, of course, be at the top of their customer service game, but there we are!
They seem to want to put you off having it by making it as unappealing as possible – and they succeed! Not very nice + overpriced. You can always get better, cheaper … virtually anywhere!
There are no shops, cafes or restaurants in the immediate vicinity. On the plus side, it is very convenient for the airport.
