Fenland is a family owned guest house located less than one mile from the city centre of Southampton in an old Victorian building. The guest house features eight rooms, some of which are ensuite. The guest house is located next to a fairly busy road which can be noisy at times. A College pub is also next door and can remain open quite late so some noise disturbance can come from there as well.
The guest house can be tricky to find, especially at night. There is no proper sign which indicates the correct place to turn. However if you are lost the owners are very nice and can be reached by phone to ask for detailed directions.
