The staff are attentive, friendly and welcoming. They are more than happy to provide guests with information regarding tourist attractions and the surroundings, as well as any queries related to the hotel.
The Wi-Fi can be somewhat unreliable at times though for the most part it is fine, if a little slow. Any complaints regarding the internet connection are probably due to a large number of guests trying to access it at once, and most guests are not used to
