The breakfast was found to be good as it had plenty of items to choose from such as eggs, yoghurt and bread and cheese. The breakfast was free and it was a buffet style meal that was sufficient for many guests.

The hotel is found to be central and close to most of the city's attractions such as museums and monuments. There are various public transportation stops nearby to explore other areas of the city. The area is also close to many restaurants and bars as well.

The staff members were thought to be friendly by many guests who stayed here. They helped guests enjoy their stay by providing information that helped their trip be less stressful. They suggested places to see and what to do, and were quick to provide requests.

The rooms were thought to be a bit on the small side by some guests who would have liked to have had some more space available for their luggage.

The Wi-Fi was thought to be slow and unreliable by some guests who wanted to use it in the rooms. They had to go to the lobby area to have it work correctly, or they had to keep restarting it to have it work.

Some guests felt the walls were too thin because they could hear the noises coming from the next door neighbours. You can hear everything going on in the next room and it would get annoying.
