The housekeeping is one of the main positives in these apartments. Cleaning is done on a daily basis, and the housekeepers do a very thorough job.

The location provides easy access to a variety of transportation options including the metro. The hotel is also a few minutes' walk away from the historic Sagrada Familia. There are several reasonably priced restaurants in the neighbourhood, too.

The apartments are not exactly huge but are more than adequate for a small family to stay comfortably, even for a few days. The rooms therein are furnished with all the necessary amenities including televisions and Wi-Fi.

The walls are too thin and you can hear most of what is going on in the neighbouring apartments including the television and private conversations. You might want to bring ear plugs, just in case you're unlucky enough to find a particularly loud group of neighbouring guests.

A good number of the staff working here don't speak English. This may not be a problem if your Spanish is okay; otherwise, it can be a bit inconvenient, especially if there's an emergency and you can't seem to communicate.

You have to climb about ten steps before you can get to the lift, which is quite a hustle if you have a pram or heavy luggage. The elevator is also tiny; only a few people can use it at any given moment. Also, you can barely fit inside if you have something like a push pram with you.
