You must dine at Dunkerleys Restaurant at least once during your stay at the hotel. Guests highly recommend the seafood, and the oysters appear to be a favourite among visitors. If you're not a seafood fan, make a point to choose the black pudding at breakfast - another “must have” at Dunkerleys.

The seafront Dunkerleys Hotel is a great place to stay if you're interested in visiting the nearby pier and simply want to enjoy a beachside getaway. You can also access the town centre with ease during your stay here. Should you opt for a room with a seafront view, be prepared for fantastic panoramic vistas over the water.

Guests have said that some of the décor inside the rooms is beginning to look a bit outdated. From the arm chairs to the carpets, you'll probably find that many of the aspects of the hotel are in need of replacing. You may also find that some details are beginning to appear worn, including the bedding and towels.

Depending on where your room is located, you may find that the noise from outside travels in rather easily. If you're a light sleeper, you may want to consider bringing along a pair of earplugs, or opting for a room in a better location within the hotel.

You may notice that the plumbing here can be a bit finicky. This seems to be especially true with the bath/shower, so just be prepared to play around with the taps a bit.
