The staff at the hotel is simply amazing. Guests said everyone they encountered was accommodating and friendly. They are prompt and efficient in assisting with requests and responding to problems. In addition, the front desk staff is said to be knowledgeable about the city and can give you great recommendations.
The hotel boasts a fantastic and convenient location, right between two metro stations, and within easy reach of most major sights. Both international airports are easily accessible from Alexanderplatz. In addition, guests say you will find many great restaurants nearby, as well as plenty of fantastic shopping. For souvenirs, many recommend visiting Museum Island.
Set your alarms! The breakfast buffet is not to be missed. Guests say the spread boasts a large, varied, and wholesome selection that feels more like a brunch. Everything is delicious as well. In addition, guests were quite impressed with the beautiful and airy dining area.
