There are not many hotels with its own waterpark, but there is one here and guests love it! Unsurprisingly it is especially good for kids who are sure to have a great time splashing around.

By and large the staff come in for praise from guests. They are reported to be warm, friendly and happy to help, even though many guests have noted that staff are very busy most of the time. The evening entertainment in particular is the subject of good reviews, with the entertainment team said to make a real effort to involve as many guests as they possibly can in activities.

There are loads of dining to choose from, and for the most part guests say that the quality of the food is of a high standard with a good variety of fare on offer.

Some guests are not happy with the fact that despite the fact they booked an all-inclusive holiday, there are some food and drink items that need to be paid for. For example, drinks late on an evening need to be paid for. This has annoyed plenty of guests whose expectations did not match the reality.

A lot of guest reviews have expressed concerns about the standards of hygiene around the food service areas in restaurants at meal times. Comments have been made about restaurants being overcrowded, as well as there not being enough hand sanitizers available for guest use.

Wi-Fi is free at this hotel, but only in public areas. A number of guests have said they would have much preferred it if Wi-Fi was available in rooms too, especially as the hotel complex is a modern one.
