Many enjoyed spending their time on the comfortable loungers by the pool whilst or having a relaxing soak in the outdoor hot tub. The terrace which was described as a pleasant place to sit and enjoy a few drinks also proved popular with many guests who came here to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing.
The rooms have been described as spotlessly clean and stylishly decorated with guests complimenting the pleasant decor and quality furniture and upholstery. The bathrooms were also said to be immaculately presented with modern fixtures and fittings.
Some of the rooms look out onto an internal courtyard and guests said that their rooms were dark and dreary looking due to the lack of light. Many resorted to having their lights on during the day to compensate for the absence of natural light.
Guests were disappointed with the choice on offer at breakfast describing the menu as rather limited. Breakfasts are served at the on-site cafe and many said that there were queues of guests waiting to place their orders which took too long to process.
Several plumbing problems were reported by the guests including lack of hot water and poor pressure which inconvenienced some guests who said that the water coming out of the shower was a mere trickle.
