Hotel Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Warehouse Arts District (New Orleans, USA)

The hotel is situated in the vibrant Warehouse/Arts District of New Orleans and is also less than a mile away from the French Quarter which is home to a vast array of shops, bars and restaurants. Guests are ideally located to explore the exciting culinary and nightlife scenes of New Orleans before returning to the comfort of their hotel in a very short time.

The staff are incredibly friendly and personable, working to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make guests feel at home upon arrival. They provide great customer service and are happy to help guests with any information regarding the area or the hotel itself. The restaurant staff are similarly friendly and accommodating.

The large rooms are stylishly decorated and are filled with amenities that will make a stay at this hotel very convenient; the private bathroom is considerably large and comes with a hairdryer while the room itself features an in-room safe and boasts lovely views of New Orleans. The rooms are also very clean due to a diligent housekeeping staff that maintain a high level of hygiene in both the rooms and bathrooms.

A number of guests were disappointed that they had to pay a fee for their car to remain in a parking space and they found this to be a minor annoyance.

The on-site restaurant provides breakfast but for an additional charge and guests were disappointed to learn that breakfast was not included in the room price.

Guests were disappointed with the fact that, when they checked in, their rooms were not ready and they had to wait until their rooms were prepared. However, the vast majority of guests would recommend staying at this hotel.
