Staff is friendly and helpful, trying to please guests by offering detailed advice, kid-friendly service, patiently responding to questions, and storing luggage even after check-out. Even with occasional long check-in lanes when buses arrive, the staff members remain patient and keep smiling.
It is very easy to use public transportation from the hotel, and there are many things to do within walking distance such as shopping, dining out, and visiting tourist attractions.
Guests report that the rooms are spacious, quiet and clean, which makes staying at the hotel a very comfortable experience just as expected.
