Lots of reviewers paid tribute to the high quality service they experienced at the hotel, which is used to catering for its fair share of business travelers and those working at the European Parliament nearby.
For many guests the rooms felt quite generous in terms of spaciousness. The hotel's free Wi-Fi service in rooms and public areas was found to be reliable and fast by plenty of reviewers.
Lots of guests had praise for the hotel's breakfast offering. Breakfast is charged as an optional extra and comprises a buffet featuring hot and cold options. A few guests considered breakfast to be expensive but most, especially those with big appetites, thought it was fair value for money.
Some reviewers had grumbles about the condition of a few facilities encountered during their otherwise largely comfortable stays. These included occasional reports of mold in showers, aging lighting, stains and tired carpets.
Many visitors said they liked the location saying there was plenty to see and do nearby. But for some it was a little far from the center of things. Remember it's about a 30-minute walk to the Grand Place in the middle of Brussels so if sightseeing is high on your agenda you might want to consider this.
Although not a widely reported issue, a few reviewers visiting in the winter months described feeling cold in their rooms. If you're a bit sensitive to colder weather it is worth noting there were accounts of staff providing additional heaters for affected guests.
